To effectively capture the essence of the IOC's creative expression across multiple mediums, it was imperative that we had a holistic understanding of the culture and traditions of the host city, Rio de Janeiro. To get properly equipped, several trips to Rio were required to allow for a cultural immersion that would ultimately serve as the foundation for the brand expression.

We were able to effectively extract key elements of the people and culture throughout Rio and use it to drive design elements that were expressed in print, digital and space design throughout the IOC's Olympic Club.
